We Loved everything about the house we stayed in. I will definitely rent again if it available. We enjoyed the privacy of the back yard. we were about four or five blocks from downtown. the house was clean and the kitchen had most utensils that you need. Very nice place.

Great place and location. William was a great host. Had an issue with the hot tub leaking and most of the jets and aerators not working. He offered to send a repair person over but I declined as I didnt want to deal with all that while on vacation. It was hot and a couple jets worked so we declined as the tub looks to need replacing rather than repair. The location really is a great mix of serenity and proximity.

We had a short impromptu stay. But I wish we could have stayed longer. We were located so very close to all the action in Pigeon Forge but yet still private and quiet enough to be peaceful. Loved the quiet and the deck at night. We would definitely stop by again.

I've stayed at various Airbnb locations and William's cottages are highly recommended for anyone and everyone traveling through the area! When you open the door to enter, you are embraced with a warm and pleasant atmosphere that calms your senses and makes you feel right at home. I was raised in this little town, moved away after getting married, and my parents home was sold about a year ago. I discovered William's Airbnbs and have booked two of his cottages (The LEONTYNE and The DAPHNE) so far. Each was creatively designed to provide that relaxing "home-away-from-home" feeling. As a Host, William provides additional recommendations about the city's happenings; is very professional, respectful, and totally committed to making sure the guests needs are met immediately. This summer I plan to return to my hometown to visit family/friends, and you best believe that I will contact William with the hope of staying in one of his unique cottages again! You MUST go experience it for yourself!

The cottage is absolutely beautiful! Had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the little touches like the outlets and charging plugs at every night stand. It was very close to everything we wanted to see. The area across the street is some kind of commercial property with allot of bright lights, but it was very quiet at night. I definitely recommend!

absolutely adorable!! I told William, if i could have stuffed her in my car I would have taken the Daphne cottage home with me! My hubby & I own a 500 sq ft Airbnb. I told him when I get home, I am redecorating!! :)

William was exceptionally helpful and a wonderful host. When my flight was delayed and I needed to extend my stay by an additional night, he was very communicative, accommodating, and understanding. It was exactly like the pictures and the hot tub was amazing at night! Nice cozy stay for couples looking to be near the parkway with everything to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

This Airbnb was very clean and super cozy! It was easy to find and drive to, but still had that private feel to it. It was a quick and easy drive to downtown Knoxville and to Pigeon Forge, which were both fun to visit during the day, but winding down here at the end of each day was a highlight as well. The Ms. Pac-man and Mortal Kombat games were fun, the hot tub was clean and so relaxing to sit in and look out at nature, and the electric fireplace was beautiful. William was always very quick to respond to my messages and was very kind. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway in TN.
