Bear-It-All is a fully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath log cabin. The main living area has a kitchen, arcade game, 65” smart TV, sleeper sofa, and a pool table. There is also a back porch equipped with a hot tub and gas grill. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials including a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. The bathroom has a walk in shower and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Other Details to Note
The cabin is in the woods so you will most likely see or hear critters. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk! No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/ power outages/ other events that are beyond our control. Absolutely no pets allowed. $300 charge with any violations of this policy.
