Bear-It-All is a fully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath log cabin. The main living area has a kitchen, arcade game, 65” smart TV, sleeper sofa, and a pool table. There is also a back porch equipped with a hot tub and gas grill. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials including a Keurig and traditional coffee maker. The bathroom has a walk in shower and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Other Details to Note

The cabin is in the woods so you will most likely see or hear critters. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk! No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/ power outages/ other events that are beyond our control. Absolutely no pets allowed. $300 charge with any violations of this policy.

Fees 1. No pets allowed. $300 pet fine if there's any evidence of a pet brought to the cabin. 2. No smoking allowed. $500 fine if there's signs of smoking on premises. 3. Max 6 guests allowed. The cabin is not suited for more than 6 people. If additional guests are brought in without approval, you will be charged $30 a night per extra guest for duration of your stay. 4. No parties or events allowed. $300 fine for parties/events. 5. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. Neighbors are full time residents so please be respectful.

Hideaway Ridge is a secluded neighborhood located very close to the parkway. The street is a one way street with some steep parts. Come enjoy the quietness!

Great place and location. William was a great host. Had an issue with the hot tub leaking and most of the jets and aerators not working. He offered to send a repair person over but I declined as I didnt want to deal with all that while on vacation. It was hot and a couple jets worked so we declined as the tub looks to need replacing rather than repair. The location really is a great mix of serenity and proximity.

We had a short impromptu stay. But I wish we could have stayed longer. We were located so very close to all the action in Pigeon Forge but yet still private and quiet enough to be peaceful. Loved the quiet and the deck at night. We would definitely stop by again.

It was exactly like the pictures and the hot tub was amazing at night! Nice cozy stay for couples looking to be near the parkway with everything to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg!

This Airbnb was very clean and super cozy! It was easy to find and drive to, but still had that private feel to it. It was a quick and easy drive to downtown Knoxville and to Pigeon Forge, which were both fun to visit during the day, but winding down here at the end of each day was a highlight as well. The Ms. Pac-man and Mortal Kombat games were fun, the hot tub was clean and so relaxing to sit in and look out at nature, and the electric fireplace was beautiful. William was always very quick to respond to my messages and was very kind. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway in TN.
